I tried to dig more about this guy but there's only small traces. He was a medical student at ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛ University. Dropped out on 4th year and became Mikoshiba Izuru's full time personal doctor. About his past, his family, where did he came from, sadly I can't find any lead.
Miroku Tomoki:
'Miroku' is a flashy name, yet this guy can make his life so well hidden. I do find a note about missing kid named 'Miroku Satoshi' with only one different kanji from 'Tomoki'¹, but it's hard to confirm if they are the same person.
Shou:
While Miroku Tomoki's past is a great mystery, Shou is a well-known underground doctor. Talk to any shady guy in Tokyo and they'll tell you how great Shou is. He doesn't discriminate his patient, and he did his job well. There's rumor about Shou selling drugs but It's a common case in this world.
Some people said he was a part of Yamiyagumi, some said he is just a good friend of Yamiya Shien. I tried to contact some Yamiyagumi members, but most of them only know Shou as 'the doctor'. I also tried to reach Yamiya Shien, but sadly he is currently continuing his study overseas.
I thought it was a dead end, but then I met Yamiya Haruka². Just like everyone else, she knows who 'Shou' is but knows nothing about 'Miroku Tomoki'. She told me that her brother knows more about Shou but it's hard to contact him because of the timezone difference. So she refers me to [REDACTED]. I met this person before going back to ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛, but this person only shows a weird smile when I ask them some question. They are not giving any answer nor responded properly. When I thought it was a waste of time, that person said this with a grin:
"You're looking for a ghost, except ghost have something he doesn't. But he's a good guy. Lovable and precious I must say."
